- FRESH POLLEN IS SOFT AND WE CARE THAT THE PARTICLES ARE NOT CRUSHED, WE PRESENT IT IN A JAR.
HOW TO EAT POLLEN?
1. You can eat it directly with a spoon.
2. Milk and juice, milkshake, smoothie etc. You can drink it by adding it to healthy drinks.
3. You can eat it by mixing it with oatmeal or yoghurt.
4. You can mix it with honey and spread it on bread and consume it for breakfast.
5. You can add it to fruit mixtures and healthy snacks.
We have no influence on pollen colors; It depends entirely on the flowering period, the conditions of nature and what pollen the bees bring. Our pollen colors are variable.
Since it is an energizing food, it is recommended to take it in the morning or during the day. When you feed children towards the evening, their sleep may be delayed.
