You may have heard about the bee deaths around the world. Many experts have linked the use of pesticides containing the neonicotinoid thiamethoxam to the declining honeybee numbers.
The Wildlife Trusts announced that they were pleased with the UK's decision not to use pesticides, but were concerned that they would be allowed again in the future.
In Turkey, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has banned many types of pesticides and restricted some. But what is more important is that the farmers in the field are well-intentioned and have received training.
It is very important for all farmers who use chemical measures to have information about when to apply pesticides and how to use them correctly. We observe that there is a lack of both knowledge and intention regarding the use of natural or organic fertilizers without the need for chemicals. It is important to prioritize traditional herbal solutions. There are many alternatives. However, many agricultural poisons that are taken unconsciously and spread around due to reasons such as habits, buying ready-made products, being convinced, etc., harm plants and animals. Moreover, it affects the environment and our future.

In this regard, most of us as consumers do not want to eat foods that contain chemical residues. However, how many people can we come across when shopping at the market and bazaar and ask, “Does this product contain agricultural poison residues?” We leave the answer to you. We know that we need to be a little sensitive about this issue. Chemical poisons, namely agricultural drugs, can unfortunately remain as residues on bee products and agricultural products. Whether you eat fruit or vegetables, meat or honey, we recommend that you pay attention to issues such as the conditions under which it was produced, what it contains, whether it is domestic or imported, and whether it has been exposed to chemicals.
