About us
We do beekeeping in the "Kırklareli Longoz Forest" and Istranca Mountains, one of the protected regions of Turkey.
This isolated region has a very valuable and ancient potential in terms of species such as trees, flowers and insect species, mushroom species, deer, fox, gazelle and rabbit.
In this region, which is protected by the Ministry of Forestry, breeding work is carried out (by the ministry) for the local bee species there. In this context, we are a young family who practices beekeeping deep in the forest in an isolated region with the "purebred honey bee species specific to the region" and constantly tries to learn from nature.
Our production
The honey of Istranca Mountains and Kırklareli Floodplain Forests has its own unique scent and taste. It is a quality and healing food that stands out with its high antioxidant, proline, mineral and ash values.
This honey, which comes only from our region, has received geographical indication registration as "Kırklareli Oak Honey". While the awareness of Oak Honey is increasing in the world, it is just becoming known in our country.
By blending simple and old methods with science, we work to obtain "pure" healthy bee products, as they should be in nature, away from innocent techniques and chemicals. We offer golden products such as Oak Honey, propolis, pollen and bee bread (perga) from the forest to your door. Our Difference
We do not use chemical precautions or any agricultural poisons commonly used in Beehives.
We carry out beekeeping in an isolated area deep in the Kırklareli Floodplain Forest. Our hives are fixed in the forest and we only get a crop once (1) per year.
We obtain a dense honey with very high antioxidant values compared to other honeys and high mineral and ash values.
In our hives, we leave half of the honey produced to our bees, and we eat the same honey as our bees.
As young beekeepers, we produce Turkey's Geographical Indication Registered Oak Honey and Bee Products on a small scale, with our own labor and resources (boutique).
